What’s Holding you Back?

This applies as much to the rest of your life as it does to your health. Don’t say you will do it tomorrow, do it right now!

Whether this is embarking on a new exercise programme, improving your intake, starting a new project, there is only one time, and the clock ain’t going backwards!

Start those good new habits right now! Be more forgiving of your mistakes, and go for it! Once you get into the now habit, it is far easier to stick to your plans, even when things go awry, as they do for everyone, no matter how advanced.

Whatever it is that you want to do, do it immediately! Don’t let anyone or anything stand in your way!
